I don’t know. But don’t buy it. Deflated after second use and now doesn’t stay inflated

Nope. Also it deflates after 3hours use - do not recommend, especially for multiple people

Is there a specified r-value for this mat?

I had a look online - it says R rating of 3 - 4 but how accurate that is I don’t know. I would be using an insulating foam pad underneath anyway as the material is very fine and I want to protect it about any ground problems. Hope that helps.
