💦 Seal the flood out, not your lifestyle!
Flex Seal Liquid Flood Protection is a UL-verified, waterproof rubberized liquid that seals gaps as small as 1/8" underwater up to 3 feet deep for 14 days. It can be brushed, rolled, or poured onto various surfaces, penetrating deep into cracks and seams. Designed for temporary flood defense, it’s easily removable after use and works best when combined with other Flex Seal Flood Protection products.

Don’t Buy This - Can’t work with it, can’t remove
This product never did dry ( applied over the Flex Tape to prevent predicted 6-8 ft storm surge from Milton as recommended ) and it will cause you to repaint or restain any wood item it comes in contact with. Took 4 1/2 hours to remove it from 2 French doors and 1 sliding glass door. The entry door is mahogany and the lower half must be restained. In addition- perhaps due to high humidity- the product becomes thick like sludge and the product isn’t useable when the can is still 1/2 full.Did it or the Flex Seal Tape work, you wonder? The storm surge never happened and saying we are grateful for this is an understatement, as we did flood from hurricane Ian and learned about the Tape after the fact.Next hurricane we will use more Tape and keep our fingers crossed.

The best
What can I say about a product that is so great it speaks for it self. I have purchased and used every kind of flex seal that they sell.

Great
When the hurricanes were coming I used it to seal my bath tub so I’d have water never lost a drop and easy to remove

Flex Seal
I used this particular item because of the color. I painted it on the fuel cap of my diesel tractor so that when friends and neighbors borrow the equipment they remember to put only diesel fuel in the tank and not other fuel types. RED FOR GASOLINE BLUE FOR KEROSINE YELLOW FOR DIESEL. I didn't make this up it from the DOT labeling standards.

Product is great. Shipper not so much.
Shipper sends in last bag vs box.The first order arrived at my house, having burst open and a mess. The replacement burst open at the post office. My postman said it was all over and on other packages as well. Better off going to the store to buy.

It’s sticky
Don’t put this on anything that can peel paint off unless you have imminent flooding as it will peel the paint off. Also remove it as soon as possible afterward.
