This rice is foolproof. No sophisticated equipment necessary to produce perfect, separated, tasty grains every time. 15minutes gentle boiling in an ordinary saucepan is all that’s required. (And if you inadvertently let it cook for a bit longer, it forgives you and still turns out perfect)
