Q: Could you tell me if i can get the replacement bulbs for the lava lamp from Amazon

The bulbs are available directly from Mathmos, but you can try using the 30W SES reflector bulb (R39) which can be purchased on Amazon.

Q: How long can i keep it turned on? cant seem to find the answer in your FAQ

We don't advise leaving the lamp on for longer than 5-6 hours at a time. This will avoid the lamp overheating and prolong the lifespan of the bottle.

Q: Is this a plug in touch lamp?

They are beautiful. It is a plug in but not touch to switch on and off. The oils warm up and make lovely shapes. You do have to switch off manually after around 6 hours of use. Hope this helps!

Q: I have a lava lamp that’s 20 years old. I want to get replacement coloured wax. Any ideas where to go?

Mathmos have the exact ones that fit. Either go to their own site or via Amazon store . . Seriously, anything other than their own bottles is asking for trouble.
