I had severe carpal tunnel & tendinitis, so I got this for at work. Just get a decent portable battery charger and a USB extension cord and it works great. Heats up fast and gets nice and hot. Easy to use, very comfortable, not bulky at all. The different ways you can wrap your hand or wrist are great / you can get some good compression also. 100% worth the price!

Did not heat well. Tried by plugging into wall and to USB. Neither worked well, so had to return it.

It's a "one size fits most" idea, which is really kind of dumb, but I was desperate for relief from the excruciating pain from carpal tunnel in my wrist and forearm.1. Red is HOT! Can only have it on red for a few minutes before it starts to burn.2. Blue is ok, but it's not really warm enough.3. Green is... who cares about green, it's just a useless level that has no purpose really.4. So, yes the "One Size Fits Most" is not a good idea. It's was too loose on me and yes, it has velcro and you can tighten it up but it's the thumb hole and the part that covers the palm of my had that you can't tighten up.5. It's not real convenient being tethered by an electrical cord, so there's that. A couple times I almost cleared my desk off by getting up for something and forgetting I was tide to the power bar on my desk.All in all, I think it's a decent deal for the money.

I bought this to apply heat after distal radius surgery for a broken wrist. This was my savior. The heat was so comforting and therapeutic. I have a portable usb charger and was able to be very mobile while I used this product. I wore it to OT and therapist was so impressed with the product and wanted to recommend it to her patients. Great product.

Was looking for something to support and ease the hand pain above the wrist I got from typing. Great fit and provides enough tension for tightening. The heating options are great idea. I really didn’t pay attention to the feature but it was a nice surprise and the heat levels work well. The usb option was a great idea too, so I can just plug into my laptop. Appears to be made well. The only thing missing and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it needs a stiff support material on the underside to keep the wrist from bending and the hand straight.

Not one to mince words... I absolutely love this wrist heading wrap. I recently suffered a badly broken (compound fracture) ulna. Now I have pins and metal plates keeping the bone together while it heals. I go to therapy weekly and its a painful process. This heating wrap is so darn convenient. It only needs USB 2.0 (the white socket) so it's easily compatible with an old cell phone charger. Everyone has a few stuffed somewhere collecting dust. This comes with a usb cable so you can plug it into your computer if youre like me and stuck to a desk for long periods of time. The cable must be at least 5 foot long. Gives you a decent amount length to plug it in behind your chair or couch too. Does come with a wall USB charger. I hope it lasts. My first impressions are super positive and I'll be taking this to my next therapy to show the therapists.
