Purchased for my mom because she was having heal pain and wanted an ice pack that would stay in place. This is really nice because it wraps around the foot and Velcros in place. I used it recently for a foot issue. It gets very cold and last about 20 to 30 minutes. I put a soft slipper sock on over it to hold in the cold. Have not tried to warm it up. The gel under the foot is nice and soft to walk on. Great product.

So soft, so comfortable, love the GEL soles and how the whole ankle and heel get the ice pack relief!

It’s nice and cushiony but doesn’t stay cold long enough for me. It does serve the purpose of being able to ice heel in a recliner as that is an awkward position to keep ice on.

The wrap fits well and is comfortable, freezes well. Just doesn’t stay cold longer than about 10 minutes.

I love this! I use it cold on my ankle that I hurt awhile back and it makes it feel better. Only thing is I wish it would stay cold longer but nothing I can do about that. It definitely helps with my pain!

Feels great on bursitis on the heels. Bought 2 and they are easy to use.

I recently purchased this for my feet as I have heel spurs. Love how it fits around my heel and foot. The cold gel is soothing. I like how it’s not stiff and forms easily around the heel. Highly recommend this for foot pain.

This manufacturer is very disappointing, but I kept these bc I needed them. There is over an inch of stretchy material between the gel pack pieces & the Velcro. I wear a size 9 women’s. This would fit a size 13. It is way too big for the average person. I have to overlap the Velcro so far that only the bottom inch touches together. There is the same 1” gap between the gel heel & the ankle piece. That leaves no cold therapy around the edge of the heel which is where I need it & why I bought this style. Also the gel pack does not ice up to really cold. I can put it directly to my skin without even a sock. It warms to just a cool room temp in about 10”.I’ve had to make an ice pack with a ziplock bag & use these to just hold it in place. I have a pair similar to these from another manufacturer. They are an appropriate size with much less material between the gel packs & the Velcro. They look like the advertised pictures here. There is No Way the picture of a normal woman walking in these would look like that. These gel packs would be flipping around & falling off. Maybe this is a man’s size?? Oh yeah, there are no sizes…!
