These have a tendency to irritate the top of the foot if worn under the sock. They tend to move around on the heel with sport shoes while walking or twisting. They do work very well for the ailment.

I have tried everything to make my heels comfortable, but nothing worked. .Daily lotion and socks at night couldn’t even help me. I didnt want anything noticeable and These are perfect. Transparent enough to even wear with sandals and not worry about people noticing and my heels dont hurt.The black color is perfect and they dont slip.Worth a try.

Recibí mis taloneras las puse a prueba por dos días para estar segura pero, o desepcion no queda ajustado a tu pie, se baila mucho la parte de atrás aunque la ajustes, lo que provoca que donde termina en la parte media del pie se tenga fricción, el gel desepcionante se siente duro todo el tiempo nada de suavidad en los pies si lo usas primero y encima el calcetín tu talón suda horrible, y si lo usas arriba del calcetín aún se mueve y la parte donde tiene hueco el gel se siente muy pero muy incómodo es como que si en ese hueco tuvieses un palo o una espina cuando caminas se siente súper incómodo, pensé que el gel se sentiría con amortiguación, y que abarcaria todo el talón y los lados del talón para un mejor ajuste pero el gel está tan pero tan reducido que queda a medio talón es como si trajeras unos zapatos que están muy reducidos y tr saliera la mitad del talón por ambos lados decepcionada yo no lo recomiendo te deja el talón adolorido todo el día no le hubiera puesto estrellas pero tiene que ponerle así q tenía q ponerle una.

These are exactly what I was looking for! They stay very secure and snug so no slipping around while you walk they stay in place nicely! The cushion gives the correct amount of support and they are super comfortable! Already felt relief within the first day of wearing.

Not for me. They hurt my feet terrible when I used them.
