Seiko QXA566J Wall Clock, black, Modern

This clock looks modern and elegant. It's not the easiest to glance at and read from 15+ feet but for an office space or minimalist bedroom space it's perfect! I'd say the sweet spot for reading the time on this is about 6-10 feet depending on your sight. It's absolutely silent and comes with a warranty! I would give this as a gift for sure!

The hands move very smoothly like a fancy watch

I do like the clock, I think it’s nice, it’s very quiet I like that aspect a lot. It’s a great design.The only issue. 70$ for a small clock. It is a lot I think. The cost could be less I think

This is a very good-looking clock which of course is accurate and totally silent.The yellow continuous sweep second hand is mesmerising as it counts down the remaining seconds to your inevitable doom!Seiko is one of the best-known brands for quality and reliability. I have another Seiko wall clock which is over 40 years old, still going strong and as accurate as ever. Say no more. Seiko launched the world’s first quartz wristwatch in 1969.By the way, Seiko means ‘exquisite’ in Japanese.At 25cm (10 inches) in diameter, I think it is the ideal size for an average size room.Perhaps a couple of pedantic niggles: -1) The black face can cause reflections at certain angles and lighting conditions.2) The second hand starts as soon as the battery is inserted, so if you want it to be precisely accurate to the second, you must insert the battery at the exactly the right moment. It would be nice to have a start/stop button for the second hand to aid accurate setting.

Acheter pour apprendre l'heure à mon fils elle est parfaite bien lisible et la trotteuse qui tourne en continue est super agréable "a regarder" et surtout zéro bruit ! Seul défaut si vous êtes comme moi un peu perfectionniste il faut être habile en la réglant pour que l'aiguille des minutes passe pile sur le bon trait au moment où la trotteuse arrive sur 12. Il y a un peu de jeu dans le mécanisme pour la régler... Elle est assez précise et l'avance ou retard devrait être quasi imperceptible (pour info j'ai pas réussi à le mesuré ça n'avait pas du tout changé sur un mois) surtout que l'ont règle deux fois l'heure par an avec "été hiver".Elle est assez légère pour la collé au mur avec les fixations qui se colle au mur et a l'horloge qui sont relié par un scratch non fournis mais je le conseille c'est pratique quand il faut la régler.
