Work perfectly. Just make sure the gasket is installed into the glass properly or liquid will seep out the cent hole by capillary action.The flat part of the gasket goes against the lid. All the reviews mentioning drips are likely an upside gasket.

I use it for keeping my dish soap on the sink. It looks so pretty with Dawn blue and the slider allows just the right amount to be dispensed. I'm sure it's fine for syrup and honey, but that's beside the point around here.

You can spin off the top dispenser to warm the syrup in the microwave. It does have a seal ring you don’t want to lose. No leaks. Solid dispenser. Restaurant quality

I have previously purchased what I *thought* was an identical syrup dispenser and I absolutely love that one. So I wanted to get this second one for honey. I was very excited to use it because my neighbour keeps bees, and so regularly gives me honey. Well, imagine my disappointment when this thing started leaking from the top right away. No amount of repositioning the cap has helped, so I can only surmise that the cap itself, or the rubber ring inside the edge of it, is defective. I think it may be a combination of both as no matter how I position the rubber ring it leaks at the same point: right below the handle. Anyways, beware. Purchase this elsewhere.

Use for syrup and honey and work well

Amazingly this arrived unbroken despite being Very poorly packaged... I have never seen a glass item shipped with so little protection. So I guess this positively reflects on the item's sturdiness😅😅 I haven't gotten around to trying it out yet I just washed it. I liked that it has a rubber gasket... I imagine it will work fine.😊👍

We get our honey raw, and locally in big quart jars, so finding a good dispenser was a must. This one is decent, but not drip proof. It doesn't drip much, but after a day or so there will inevitably be drips down the side of the glass, and it's not really a big deal to just wipe it up every so often. I learned not to tip it upside down when pouring, as there is an air hole just underneath the handle for effective pouring, but I'd tipped it so much that honey dripped out of the hole. Overall it's a nice dispenser and I'd buy it again. It would be nice if a more perfect one exists, but so far I have not seen one.

Nice looking and good quality. Pours well too. I put some of my pure maple syrup from a big container in it and store it in the fridge. When I want the syrup, I just screw off the metal top and microwave the glass bottle to just take the chill off the syrup. Very happy with it.

I am phasing out plastics wherever possible and no longer buy honey in plastic bottles. All the other honey dispensers were also plastic. This is the only glass one and is a bit expensive but is worth it.If you release the thumb lever while the honey is still flowing it does not make a drip.
