So lets begin by saying that I have various grow lights. I have just added these recently as I was looking to set up two 3ft wide shelves for propagation purposes.I was originally going to get ordinary 2ft batten lights (which would also work) and then get the connectors separately.However I came across these by chance and decided to give them a try hoping that they came with all the connectors already and they did.What you get in the box (See image):4x T8 2ft Lights2x 3pin Power connectors with switchLight connectors (2 different types) so you can have them running in various combinationsScrew Mounts, Wire Mounts, Sticky Pads and Cable TiesThe lights are bright and work, plants are growing nicely

Brilliant bit of kit, this Barrina grow light! I've got it set up above my chilli, tomato and cucumber plants, and they're absolutely loving it. The 5000K white light gives off a proper glow - none of that harsh purple you get with other grow lights. Dead easy to install, and the on/off switch means no mucking about with plugs behind the plant shelf but I have linked mine to an Alexa plug and scheduled a routine for it which works perfectly!What I particularly fancy is how slim it is - doesn't look like some massive industrial thing looming over my plants. For the price, you really can't go wrong.

Bought two of these, seem good so far - very bright and they tend to get very hot so if using for growth make sure you have plenty of ventilation. The light reflectors on the lights help absorb some heat and direct lighting down but you can remove these if you want to spread more light. The kit doesn't come with hanging equipment but plenty of other stuff like velcro, clips and zip ties which I used to make a hanger for them.The timing function on them appears very accurate and remains set on your function even if the unit itself gets powered off, when turned on the timer remembers the last setting which I love as no other products I bought did this.Setup was easy, will most likely buy more of these in the future.

The lights are easy to fit, bright, and fairly priced. The inbuilt timer is unreliable, however, and it is not possible to use an external timer to replace it as the lights do not automatically come on when power is supplied.

I've been using these as grow lights in my microgreens setup for a few weeks now, so far they have been great. They provide a strong white light with little to no heat, are lightweight, and easy to set up and use. The timer function has been working well, I set it once on the 14 hour setting, and it's been operating continuously for several weeks without any issues. It is a bit difficult to find power cables for these lights which don't have an inline timer, which is a bit frustrating, as the normal sized C-type power plugs look like they should fit, but they are too large. The inline timer is great for a standalone setup, but the timer does prevent these being easily automated using a smart plug, which is a shame. It is possible to get straight-through USB power cables that work however.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent Cost effective solution to transform my wall unit in a nice ambient for my plants to grow. Easy to install and safe to use. The brightness is the only disadvantage for human comfort, but deflectors are excellent at reducing the impact of this, and its prefect for the plants. Perfect size and plenty of fitting options. Recommended

I only used three of the four lights on my plant shelves, but the set comes with a second mains cable so I can use the fourth light in another location. They link together easily, and are easy to install. Very bright. Timer is reliable. Lamps stay cool. All in all very happy. Would buy again. Probably will buy again as I want to set up a second plant shelf unit!
