It fits nicely and really helps my neck. Takes some of the pain away and is easy to use.

I have some fairly significant spinal alignment and compression issues all up and down my spine, including my neck area. This translates to me having to sleep very very carefully indeed. I had hoped this could help by helping to hold my neck in the correct position while I slept. Unfortunately, I found two problems. First, even as I got more used to it I still found it uncomfortable enough that I could never sleep long with it on -- though that may be the same for any neck support. Second, I need support all around (especially the back,) but it's basically design to only truly support the front with just a bit of support on the sides.I feel like this is really only truly good for when you're actually sitting up straight in a chair, not for anything else such as sleeping. I can see this being useful for situations where you need to immobilize your neck for a while while sitting or moving around (though you definitely shouldn't drive with this) but I just can't see it being useful for things like sleeping.

My husband suffered a broken neck last August, and has been in a stiff collar ever since. He was released by his orthopedic doctor, stating he was not a candidate for surgery, and would have to continue wearing the collar forever. We asked about a soft collar, and he Said “you can try it”. This collar actually worked very well for him. He was able to go without his hard collar, utilizing this one, for periods of time. It’s not a replacement, but one that he can use when he’s at home and quiet.There is, however, a drawback. This collar has a very rough surface, and it is irritating to his skin. That is being dealt with by enclosing it in a soft material. Other than that, it is a very good collar.

Nice and firm support. Very comfortable.

I didn't have a chance to review the support of this brace because the fabric, especially the frontal piece, is so very rough and uncomfortable that it is being returned immediately,

worked very well.

Doesn't squeeze sides of my neck (jugular area) as much as other soft neck braces

It was difficult to use it while sleeping as it is quite stiff. Not very comfortable.
