Exactly what I wanted
Simple, easy to use, tracks everything I want it to without the fluff.I only wanted to record my workouts on lifting days. I don't know how folks remember the weights they used, and where to start on a lift if they don't look at results from the previous time 🤔 If it's not something I have to remember, I'll go ahead and close that tab in my brain to free up space for something else 😁I'm also old school and prefer pencil/paper over digital applications for this kind of thing. After a few weeks of tracking I figured out the best way to use it, here are some features I really appreciate:There are enough lines to accommodate even a long workout or combo upper/lower body lift day.Lots of columns to accommodate tracking warmup lifts, or additional info like rest times, notes on how I felt that day, whatever I want to remember.Cardio tracking, usually short on lifting days, but I'll write in a few options and choose the one time allows for. Most bang for your buck if you will, I work out in the mornings before work and usually only have about ten minutes or less to get my heart rate up and get in a good little burn. My favorite right now is an 8 minute spin with a weighted vest alternating low/heavy tension.Small enough that it's not cumbersome to carry, big enough and laid out in a way that gives you plenty of space to write every single detail if you choose!I got the orange one, it's a nice bright color and haven't had any issues with the binding or pages ripping.Solid choice and affordable. Would definitely buy again after I fill it up.

This notebook comes in handy and I use it every time I go to the gym.
This notebook is very high quality, as far as notebooks go. The plastic front and back covers are very durable. The color choices are awesome. The pages have got plenty of room to write down anything I need to record, in regards to my fitness journey and my workouts. The next time I'm in the market for a new notebook, this will definitely be at the top of my list.

Perfection
I hunted around quite a bit for the perfect logbook and chose this one because:1. It is spiral bound so you don’t have to keep reopening the book between sets.2. The structure is perfect. You can record up to 6 sets (and you can always fit more on the line if needed). There is a separate little spot for any cardio/conditioning which makes it easy to refer to at a glance. They even have a downloadable sheet so you can make sure the format fits your style.3. There is plenty of blank space leftover which encourages taking decent notes.4. There are no obnoxious motivational quotes. No wasted space. It is not overly formatted so you aren’t stuck trying to squeeze your session into a template that is designed for a different training style.5. The book is lightweight and perfectly sized to throw into a bag. The actual paper is great quality. Pencil lines show up crisp and it can withstand lots of erasing without shredding the page. Highlighter won’t bleed through, either.I got this for someone who was frequently forgetting to log their weights. Their diligence improved when they began using this instead of a plain notebook.I have been logging my weights in plain notebooks for over 20 years but after seeing this logbook in person - I couldn’t stand it anymore and ended up ordering one for myself. And then I ordered a few more for other people.I love this logbook and will definitely be buying more of these in the future.

Straight forward log book
This is exactly what I needed. It has a title page, two pages for best lift tracking and a few open dot grid pages at the end. The rest are individual workout pages for about 152 workouts. The paper feels like decent quality and the plastic cover is nice. The spiral binding is wide enough to hold most pens, I have a zebra f701 in it no problem. I will buy this again once I fill it up.

The best workout log book
Perfect BUT you've got to bring back the "CLASSIC" with the cardboard cover. That was perfection. The plastic slides all over the place, always falling.
