I came in here to update my review. I was shocked to discover I’d never left one.For many years, I had some terrible pain under a shoulder blade that nobody could figure out. Turns out, it was only the most common surgery in the country - a bad gall bladder.That got resolved, but a couple years later, the pain returned in the same spot. I was pretty sure my gall bladder hadn’t grown back, but I didn’t like it. I tried several trips to the chiropractor. They said it felt like a rib head out of place, but in three visits they could never get it back. This little piece of magic was able to do in seconds what several people with “Doctor” in their name couldn’t.Okay, fast forward a year. The pain appears again. I can’t lay on either side because it hurts too much. Eventually I fall asleep from exhaustion but can only sleep for four hours. For over a week I endure this nonsense because genius here can’t find where he put the magic ball. Finally, a daughter found it today.On my bed, I tell her to put it under my back. It was a little off so I had her move it. It felt right. I simply rolled flat on my back and literally in a single second, that rib (or whatever it is) popped right back into place. I’m pretty sure I heard angels singing.This thing is absolutely amazing. I almost can’t wait for sleep tonight!

My physical therapist recommended getting one of these for the spots in the back of my head due to migraines. It works, but the product is pretty hard so it doesn’t feel the greatest. I prefer using tennis balls with kinesiology tape as they are a bit softer, but this is a good second choice.

Best little buy I found for a durable foot roller. Hard and not soft to really grind deep tissues. Not too big and was a great value

If you've ever been to a skilled Chinese Acupuncturist this is it. Pinpoint accuracy for the most intense but controllable Acupressure experience. The height allows you to control maximum intense pressure yet allows you to relax and still get some really good massage without straining due to over extending the curvature of the spine. Also, narrow and tall enough not to push on the center of the spine to create pain but close enough to the center to provide the most intense Acupressure of the nerves coming out of both sides. It very solid, not slippery and not hollow so will stay round and not catch and slide as you roll on your back up and down. Another excellent quality is it's not sticky so it won't catch and roll your shirt as you roll on your back. Excellent and highly recommend for those who can endure an intense Acupressure experience. Not for the lighthearted looking for some muscle relief pampering. The larger is great for muscle relief compared with the orange Acupressure ball.
