Two boys love this camera
I have two boys ages 2.5 and 4 who both use this camera constantly. They love taking their own pictures and so far this camera has survived everything they can throw at it over the past 3 months including the occassional throw across the room.A few things... the button was a little hard for my 2.5 yo to push at first. He had to learn how to do it, and its still a bit of a challenge for him. Its no challenge at all for the 4yo.The delete button is right there, and we rarely get to download the photos because my kids are too busy deleting them! This doesn't seem to bother them. They just love taking the pictures, they don't want them forever memorialized on the computer I suppose. The picture quality is very low. I won't lie to you. But the kids don't really seem to care about that either.Overall its been a great toy and every time we have other children at our house there seems to be a run for it. I haven't seen a preschooler yet who doesn't love it.

Great starter camera for kids
This is a great starter camera for young kids. In my opinion, durability and simplicity are the most important qualities for kids' cameras and this camera has both of these. It is extremely durable -- my 3-year old treats this camera with no care whatsoever and it still keeps working. The camera is very easy to learn how to use -- both my 3-year old and my 6-year old learned how to use this within a few minutes of instruction from me.Although the picture quality is not super, it is adequate for its intended purpose and price range (you can't expect 10 megapixel quality in this price range). To me, the key is that the kids enjoy the camera, and this camera does the job. My kids love playing with this camera and it helps teach them the basics about photography. The photos look better on the computer than they do on the viewer screen built into the camera.

Poory built
I'm disappointed with Fisher Price.I was expecting a lot more from a company like Fisher Price.I bought one of these cameras for my 3yo kid's birthday party. The first one wasn't shooting pictures properly. The images were too dark, even during the day.So I returned and got the second one. It was worse. It didn't even turn on.I went through 2 sets of batteries just to be sure it wasn't the batteries.Kudos to Amazon for its excellent customer service and making returns of defective items a breeze.

My two year old loves it
This turned out to be one of the best toy purchases I've made. My two year old son doesn't have a lot of interest in "toys"; instead he prefers the real (and often breakable) thing. Here we have the best of both worlds: a working digital camera that's stood up to the best my son can do. It's the most fun when there are two kids: they can run around taking pictures of each other going "Say cheese!" It's fun to look at the pictures and send them to the grandparents. It almost goes without saying the picture quality is poor, however if you read the manual you can increase the quality pretty easily. Copying pictures off the camera is easy: just plug a USB cable into the camera and your computer (no extra software needed). Battery life has also proven to be good. I've had it about four months and only changed batteries once. The only minor complaint I have: the button to take pictures is on the front which is a little awkward for small hands.

Kids Camera Review
This camera was bought as a gift for a 4 year old. The great things about it are that it is durable, it has a dual eye view finder, and our son thinks it is a ton of fun. The negatives about this product are that the picture quality is VERY poor although that isn't really an issue for us - I didn't expect great picture quality at this price point anyway. The bigger problem is that it EATS through batteries FAST FAST FAST! You definitely want rechargeable batteries for this otherwise you will spend a bundle and your child will get frustrated quickly.

Great for kids
This camera is great. I bought it for my little nephew. I live in Germany and he is in NC and he wanted to send me pictures. He is 3 years old and this is perfect for him.

Kid Tough Digital Camera
This camera is really nice for a young child, I gave the camera to a 4 year old and he had a blast with it. The pictures were uploaded and they were pretty good. He's had the camera for a month now and he hasn't destroyed it yet, so it seems to be built well. I recommend this camera for young children.
