This is a really nice jumprope. For me, it took a little getting use to but boy when you miss the rotation and hit your arm or leg it hurts. But you know what they say, pain is weakness leaving the body. So don't let that deter you from getting this awesome jumprope. For what it comes with and how nice it is. Those ouches are from operator error, by the way. Also, if you tangle this cable, you're the problem. Not the people that made this. I've had a cable jumprope before and it got a permanent bend in it because how someone stored it when they were not using it. So make sure to not rest anything heaving on it that could bend the cable

This rope is a step up from lots of ropes. It’s easy to get the speed you want from the handles without losing grip. The colors are great and the articulation of the inserts for the rope are great. Really good value for the money.

I use this for working out and it’s great. The hand pieces are nice and the rope material is exactly what I was looking for! Great length and easy to adjust!

The jump rope served me well for about 8 months. After stepping on it a few times and dealing with the pieces flying across the gym multiple occasions I realized the mechanics were always the best. It’s nice to customize the rope length you need but the internal pieces inside the grip can come loss and the tiny pieces can go missing. I wasn’t able to fix it and it became unusable. I’d recommend as a first time rope
