This is a great "multi supplement" which includes a lot of the things I was taking separately. It's a great mix, including my two favorite things - L Theanine and Rhodiola. But as a bonus it has loads of other things including ashwaganda and many others. I haven't experienced anything negative, if anything I feel like it's really contributed to my workday. I take it in the morning as I find that sets me up for a great day!

I don't sleep well most nights and bought this to help. What I've learned: taking it before bed keeps me awake. Taking it in the middle of the night after I've woken up a few times allows me to sleep quite well, and wake up feeling chill. No more anxious mornings. Maybe an odd strategy, but it's working for me right now! Also, the packaging is so cool - definitely an unexpected bonus. There are little gratitude cards inside, too. I'm happy with this purchase!

Loved the ingredients and they were easy to take. The taste was fine and they incorporated well with my usual routine.

I do not recommend taking the full dose your first time around, and especially not on an empty stomach. You will be transported to an alternate universe for like 15 minutes if you do, lemme tell you I could tell the EXACT moment this thing hit, and its been hours and I still feel out of it lol be careful
