Easy and it works.
What more can you ask for, the installation is a little involved but it's not difficult by any means. Had it done in under 30 minutes and I got my vent sliders back.

Faithful Reproduction
Perfect reproduction of the factory vent tab. Does require some disassembly of the vents but of course beats replacing the whole assembly in cost.
