Q: Hi, has anyone used this for a pre-wash/pre-poo?

That is not what it is used for. Just follow instructions on the tab instead of DIYing things. You can use a penetrating oil like coconut oil for pre-poo though.

Q: Do i apply to wet shampooed hair or dry unwashed hair?

Apply to wet, shampooed hair. It's thicker than a regular follow up conditioner and stays in longer (I've actually left it in overnight). Does great!

Q: is this conditioner good for relaxed hair?

Yes, also very good for deep conditioning
