It's very light ,not much difference between a normal back pack

Just wondering if I can get away with using this for flying with easyJet?

Not sure I understand the question. Bags don't have litres. But if you mean weight wise, I'd say depending on what you put in there, it could probably hold up to 20kg if you put heavy stuff like laptops, books, consoles, anything like that. If you mean about the specific side pockets, they could comfortably fit an average 500ml bottle

what are the measurements without handles?

Ryanair maximum dimensions for a cabin bag are 40x20x25cms. This would include any wheels/handles etc so you may need to measure your handles and wheels if they stick out, and subtract that from the 40cms height. It's quite unlikely they'd stick out more than a centimetre or two anyway. The bag has to be able to fit underneath the seat in front of you. Happy holidays! Hope it helps. :)
