Good product well made but had to return it unfortunately because of the gold strip it didn't look right in the living room as my sockets and down lights are are stainless would have kept if the metal strip came in chrome or silver.

The media could not be loaded. This floating tv shelf is beautiful! The wood used to make it is of very good quality and it definitely doesn't look cheap, in fact when in situ it looks very 'regal'!The instructions are in English, are easy to follow and take you accurately through each stage of assembly.If you've ever built LEGO then you'll have no problems what so ever assembling this unit yourself. It is supplied with all of the screws and fitting you need to put it together. You also receive a small screwdriver, a spirit level and a 10 mm masonary drill which you'll definitely need if you are attaching this to a solid wall.You'll need your own drill, preferably an sds drill in order to drill the 10 mm holes into masonary. I'm fortunate to have an impact driver which I used, which made light work of assembly and fitting to a wall. You can assemble this and securely attach it to a wall without said tools though.It's virtually impossible to assemble this incorrectly as there are 'pre-deilled' holes which act as a guide for your screws to go into. It really is that easy.I like the fact that you get spare screws with this unit, just in case you are unfortunate to loose the essentials. It's a small, but thoughtful addition which implies that the manufacturer is thoughtful. You also get 8, small adhesive circles that perfectly match the colour of this unit. You stick them over the silver screw heads to disguise them. Nice!It is a sturdy and well constructed unit. It has some weight to it but the wall plugs and robust screws provided with it are more than adequate to attach this tv floating shelf (with cupboards) to your chosen wall.The hinges supplied fit into their pre-drilled location effortlessly. They have a 'soft' close feature which allows them to close the last few inches unaided by human touch. It's a nice feature and looks great.It looks very posh and is definitely something that is designed to last, whilst serving a very useful purpose of storing your Sky Q box, games console, router and Blue Ray player.I personally feel that it is overpriced but in this world you pay for a quality item and with this floating wall shelf, you certainly get a quality item.

Looks great and is easy to assemble. Instructions included were very helpful. The unit is sturdy and well-made. I'm really pleased with it and would highly recommend. It's a brilliant, stylish and unusual storage solution.
