The bag is gorgeous, the only drawback is the black and white strap you see in the Amazon photo, arrived completely black, but it's still quite cute.

I really like this bag, good quality and perfect size.

I normally carry a crossbody purse and this does have a strap too, but I just carry it with the handles. I never thought I would get so many compliments on it! And from a lot of people that carry high end purses. I love that it has a zipper middle compartment, and side compartment. I always put stuff in the zipper one that I want to make sure I don't lose. I got the cream and brown one.

The bag itself is beautiful. I gave 4 stars because it did not come with the cross body bag as pictured. It came with two straps, but not the black and white one as pictured. That was the part of the purse that led me to purchase. I was disappointed.

Pondría 0 pero no se puede, llego incompleto sin los straps. Sellado sin los straps. Lo peor es que pedí envío internacional y desde Ecuador no lo puedo devolver. Me siento estafada.
