Every single one of these Pacific Foods milks are DAIRY FREE! Hemp, almond, coconut, cashew, etc. Most of them have the ingredients listed so you can read what is in them.

Q: why can't we see the list of ingredients and nutrition information?

Serving size:1 cup. Servings per container:4. 50 calories per cup. 4g fat, zero cholesterol, 100mg sodium, 1g protein. Ingredients: water, cashew butter, guar gum, sea salt, sodium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, vanilla flavor with other natural flavors, xanthan gum.

Q: What is the current expiration date for the unsweetened cashew milk, please?

It varies. These are shelf-stable & don't need to be refrigerated until opened. When you get the cartons, you have to check the best-by date marked on them. Mine have always been marked with a date of more than a year past when I get them. My last shipment arrived in July 2022 and the best-by date is May 2023. I can't advise anyone else but personally, I have kept unopened cartons for 3 or 4 months past the stamped date before opening & had no problem. I haven't kept any of them longer than that because I use them up by then. Hope this helps.
