Absolutely in love with this bag.
This bag literally has everything I could ask for in a bag. I love it sooo much I hate checking it. LolIf I could critique anything it would be 3 small things1) the cup holder could be carved out better if the cup isn’t tall and skinny I don’t trust using the cup holder for a drink. Bottle of water or an umbrella it’s perfect but a hot coffee…. No, It’s not really cut out for a 12 or 16 oz coffee cup.2) The automatic rebound handle on the top of the bag has already lost its soft rebound. I was hoping it would have lasted longer but after about 5 uses it doesn’t spring back slowly and controlled anymore now it just kind of flings back fast.3) I love the usb and usb-c ports on the bag…. But the placement does kind of limit the bag you can use. I switched from a backpack to a briefcase so it would fit on top and I could still use the charger if I need to. If it were on the side any bag would work. This is easily one of the most satisfying purchases I have made. I recommend to anyone. It’s smooth, beautiful and the perfect size. Makes traveling easier and somehow more fun. lol.Lastly I bought an extremely slim external battery and used Velcro to hold the battery in place just above laptop. Fits perfectly.

Sleek & Highly Functional
After extensive searching, I can verify that there exists no single suitcase with every feature one might want. Especially to fit in today's airline-compliant carry-on size limits. Despite being an affordable no-name brand bag supplied by Amazon, this one comes fairly close. Pros: lightweight, double-wheel spinner, triple locked, easy secure access to passports and devices, zero garish branding, and lots of hands-free help with drinks, shopping bags, and devices. Front pocket held two laptops/two passports/10K power bank/laptop cord/plug adapters. Interior held two gifts and a week's worth of toiletries and winter clothing - obviously wear your coat on board. Cons: no matching suitcase 'suite' of check-in's or personal item bags. The only match is a slightly larger 24" check-in bag which some people giving poor reviews seem to have accidentally purchased thinking that one was also a carry-on. As with any bag, expandability is not an option when selecting briefcase-style latches over zippers...but it's soooo much faster and we have all had bags where a zipper splits or gets stuck. Some people are lamenting that it's made of plastic, but it's scratch-resistant and given the 20" is a carry-on, with everything my spouse loaded in there, that bag would have proven far too heavy had it been made of any other metal than aluminum.

Cupholder doesn’t hold Starbucks Trenta size
This is a nice carry on for overhead. It is ALMOST a twin (dark green) for the NOBL brand (more expensive). I ordered both. Both have the same lock system, almost the same wheels including the locking wheels. The front laptop pocket lower hinges seem a bit wobbly. There is a usable phone holder in the pop up handle and the cup holder built into the rear of the case. The cup holder is just a bit too small to hold my Contiga travel mug or a Trenta Starbucks and the holder protrudes inside the packing are by approx. 5”x5” and 1.5” deep which I didn’t appreciate. Otherwise, this seems to be a really good value. In the photos, the Mr. Plum is on the left, Nobl on the right.

Too small for clothing
Cannot put much clothes in suitcase

Poor quality, features do not work.
I don’t wanted to love this but there are several size and quality issues.1) The charging ports do not work. I plugged my power bank into the luggage as intended. And then plugged my phone into the suitcase ports. No charge. Tested things by plugging my phone directly into the power bank, and it charges just fine. So the suitcase charging ports do not work.2) Just putting the smaller new MacBook Pro, Mac charging box, and an Apple mouse into the computer compartment (different pockets so they don’t overlap) makes it bulge. The only way to avoid this is to only use one side of the suitcase, which defeats the purpose of a suitcase.Overall would not recommend this one. Not a good value for the cost.

Love it so far - charging cables DO work ...
Not sure if all the negative reviews about the charging ports are because they actually dont work for people but im guessing its because they didnt understand how to work them. The cables provided in the front compartment are to be connected to YOUR OWN power bank. Once connected, the outlet on the top of the suitcase is powered to charge your device. So far I like the design of the suitcase and it feels lightweight but sturdy enough. The wheels spin nicely. you cant fit much in the front compartment - maybe a laptop or ipad and passports etc.Overall it feels nice and im excited about it.
