Glass front, plastic frame. Arrived well packaged. No scratches or obvious marks and does the job nicely! Unusual size which was hard to find in local shops, at a very good price too.

I needed a couple of frames and these fit the bill

Good glass frame v pleased, was weary of buying on line with reviews of broken glass pic frame deliveries,! and poor plastic glass, but this is surprisingly good item proper decent glass and am pleasantly surprised. A little too big for my picture ( where I'd broken previous frame,and couldnt find replacement) but that's not the frames fault! Only gripe is it doesn't have a paper background like other frames you can put picture on when it doesn't cover the entire frame, as photo not big enough, so you can see the cardboard where my picture doesn't quite fit. But still good value and v pleased. I'm not hanging it on wall so can't say how good it is to put on a wall. But good quality and im very happy with it. For some reason it's difficult to find certain sizes of picture frame in shops that are not very expensive so took a chance on this and very pleased.

The glass in the first photo frame was broken on arrival. I reported this immediately on receipt. A replacement frame was sent and I didn't have to return the broken frame. The replacement frame arrived within two days! It was in perfect condition and was exactly what I needed. I cannot fault this customer service. It couldn't have been better!

I ordered three frames and was very pleased when they arrived quickly and all without damage! I’ve ordered frames before from other companies and they have arrived with cracked glass or a loose frame so I am very pleased to report this was not the case here. The vendor also includes details on how to contact them so they can dispatch a fresh version if they are damaged in transit.I ordered the white frames which look very contemporary, are decent quality and go with the style of my apartment.The frames were also light enough when filled for me to be able to hang them with Command picture hanging strips (the narrow ones).The vendor also offers a wide variety of sizes which is good to know as I was framing some non standard size sketches. I would recommend them and consider purchasing from this company again.

product does the job however is of a poor build quality with one of the locking tabs breaking off on first use and frame able to be moved around when anything is mounted.

Bought a small frame for displaying money noted from abroad, nicely fit two notes with border space around them. Glass is nicely cut and frame is a simple black border. Typical back with scree resting hanger on back or fold out stand.
