Q: Is this the mini travel bag or the big one? The picture is of the bigger bag, but the description reads like the mini.

I don't know how many sizes there are to this bag, but this is a good sized one, not the mini that has the same color schemes. (Amazon does not tell you you might get either of two color schemes, but you might get either color scheme that is shown for the mini bag.) I got the other one. )

Q: How many stitchbow inserts will fit in the binder?

Hi Cindy, I just looked in my binder, and I counted fourteen little inserts, like you can put a pencil into it, it's a plastic enveloppe that folds into itself. I don't know too much what a "stitchbow" is, having ordered this case as a bag, but it's really made to contain a three rings book, not the large bag I expected. Hope this will help?

Yes, it is a normal binder ring size, as I use binders to hold the sheets I don't need for a project.

Hi, I usually have 3 of them filled ones, because I work on a larger design and a bigger piece of material table cloth for ex. I'm working on with a loop. But easily can bestored there 4 or 5 filled binder inserts, then you have to check whether you Aida and loop are not too voluminous.

love this product, really useful pockets inside, safe places to store needles, a pocket for needle threaders, stitch unpickers ect, and larger pockets for bigger items. the ring binder type fastening for the stich bow holders is fantastic making it east to locate colours at a glance and keep the organised and tangle free. very pleased with this iten and would recommend it to other stitchers.

If you are a cross stitcher then this bag is a must. Enough space to hold all you need, your skeins, pattern, needles etc. It also means everything is a hand and kept tidy. I love this item.
