When will packaging that results in shipped Jars arriving broken be addressed?

One of my 6 jars was broken and they refuse to answer me back....

How safely are they packaged? Is there plenty of cushion to prevent the glass jars from breaking?

I ordered 12 12 ounce jars and received 6 26 ounce jars. Okay, it's more peanut butter, but it's not what I ordered. 2 of the 6 glass jars were broken, received a few minutes ago. The packaging was not sufficient, and there's peanut butter all everywhere. I can't figure out how to request a refund. I don't want another broken package, and I'm not returning this, obviously.

Is the packaging problem fixed yet?

They resent with jars wrapped in bubble wrap. No guarantee they'd do it again though. Hope this helps.

Sept 2018 on mine purchased about 2 months ago. I’m a pb junkie I’ll make it.
