Happy customer! Wanted an Elmo ornament for my son and upgraded to a small lawn decoration. Read the dimensions because he’s small, but exactly what I was expecting. Most of the negative reviews I read mentioned the size, so I made sure to take that into account. Only thing I didn’t like was all of the hot glue pieces all over it, but it came with all of the supplies you need to make him last more than a couple of Winters
