Got the right Battery w 78% charge, 2 of 2 Battery, same Company.
This is Extended 9 Cell HD Battery For a Toshiba Satellite Laptop. Two reason if you have a CD/DVD/Blu-ray this battery give you 2.5+ hour of used without being plug into electoral outlet, and 3-3 1/2 hours w/o using DVD burner/player. Also, it keeps the laptop raised more off the table, better cooling, and great used on airplane.

laptop is 20 yrs old & this battery worked great
I updated an old Toshiba with some ram & SSD drive. LOL brought it right back to life but needed a battery. 1 - I couldn't believe I found it. 2 - I cant believe it worked. This thing charges fine. Holds the charge fine & I do recommend if you need it.

Llego a tiempo, bien empacada, retire la batería vieja, coloque la nueva y listo, trabaja sin problema.La orginal duraba entre 4 a 6 horas dependiendo la actividad, esta solo me ha durado 2 horas, haciendo lo basico, y tiene las mismas especificaciones que la original, asi que su rendimiento no es optimo.Pero ya puedo trabajar sin tener que estar conectado a la corriente

Randomly Dies, sometimes with still as much as a 50% charge remaining
I guess you get what you pay for. I tried this battery on my Toshiba A505-S6033 laptop, and it powered up and worked fine. But it never got anywhere near 0% charge before it died. It would die unpredictably at different power levels. Sometimes when it was still as high as 50%.And when I say die, the laptop just randomly shut off. It didn't even go into Hibernate Mode like it's supposed to. I thought maybe I had a defective battery, but I sent it back for an exchange three times. All had the same result. The newest one only lasted a few minutes before the laptop shut off.I'm giving up and sending this back. I give it two stars, because if nothing else, it did bring my laptop back to life for decent periods of time. But the unpredictable shutoffs are unacceptable. I recommend buying a GHU battery. They're pricier, but I've had much better luck with them.
