I used to take long hikes every weekend. My Big pack was always full of important items that everyone should take when out in the bush for a surprise survival situation.I am still tuned to take necessary items even though my hikes are now just short jaunts.This is a surprisingly nice pack. It seems to be sewn well. I was able to get a sale price. It is lightweight and I hope it will be durable, I'll find out.The pockets can hold larger water bottles. It also has a hip strap which is rather narrow but still helps to take some strain off the shoulders and distribute more weight to the hip.This was one of the only smaller packs I could find that had one.

It’s perfect if I want to run, because I can strap both waist and chest straps and it practically doesn’t move. It’s very sturdy and comfy. You can fit a lot of things in it for sure not counting all the outside straps and stuff for a blanket and hiking sticks. It fits water bottle easily. And a whistle on the chest strap is just a sweet bonus (maybe one day you’ll need it, hopefully not)Anywho! Super good backpack, I think I wanna get another colour too

For the price, this is a good backpack. No complaints, and appears well made.

I bought this about 2 years ago. I love this bag! Not a scratch or a tear on it. This is my go to bag if I need a light bag for fishin, hiking, rafting, etc. Truly ultralight and can be compressed into very small sizes.

Love this bag pack. Nice color, light weight has everything I need for hiking. I’m excited to use it. Sturdy fabric and lots of pockets. Also a good price. This little pack is great, but not for me.The inside zipper pocket is nice, but the items in it weigh down the top and make access into the bag a bit more difficult. Not a deal breaker but annoying for me, as I’m using it as a pack for scout events and I need in and out of the bag a lot. The main compartment has plenty of space for extra water and snacks and a jacket. Downside is the bottom of the bag isn’t reinforced, so it is likely to rip after some use. But hey that’s what duct tape is for. The front mesh pocket is nice for quick access. Side pockets hold a 32 ounce nalgene bottle which is a big plus. Front pocket access is great as well for small items.The biggest disappointment for me was the shoulder straps. They were fine for comfort, but the shoulder strap sits right on the nerve that runs from shoulder to arm and the pressure made my arms tingle. The chest strap adjustments helped, but not enough. I am a short at 5’2” (but overweight so added fluff at the arms) so if you are normal sized this may not be an issue for you.For design it’s pretty cool. Just not for me. I don’t think I can return after use, so maybe it will get passed on to a taller, wider chested scout.

Perfect. I used it for a 3-day hiking trip and was able to fit everything I needed for those days. Very sturdy material. Also, I appreciated the depth and flexibility of the side pockets. My water bottle is 36oz and fit perfectly.
