Works as it's supposed to
Only oiled roti or puri paratha can be made but it's same with other manual roti makers as well so can't blame the product for it

Poor product quality
Extremely poor manufacturing. The holes on the handle are asymmetric making it impossible to attach to the body. Sharp edges every where. No wonder this is a non returnable item, the manufacturer Ashiesh Enterprises is fully aware of the low quality product they are producing. How difficult is is to drill holes in the handle symmetrically. How hard is it to carry out basic quality checks!!!
