Q: Can I use them for Halloween costume?

I know this question is almost two years old, but I thought I'd chime in since I bought a set and am using them for a Halloween costume. I fitted some shoes on the ends so I had better traction and stability. To fit the rectangular plate at the bottom, I had to get size 15 shoes. When I walk with them, it helps to point my toes outward a little. I have no problem walking on sidewalks, grass, roads, and other irregular surfaces. The only issue I have is climbing stairs. That will take more practice, and definitely must be done with caution.

Q: Can u clean windows with this, and wear a size 7 in women, are they going to fit ?

Yes they will fit your foot size seven they will work perfectly

Q: Anyone put more than 225 lb on these?.. 300?

I am 205. I have used these to help lift 80 pound roof shingles onto the first floor. I had a helper lifting them from ground to me, and I lifted them up to roof. They seemed sturdy and did not scare me, but I was stationary and not walking around on them. Thats the most stress I have put on them. Hope that helps.
