Slimpack is a compact backpack designed for 1-2 DSLRS, up to 4 mid-size lenses, 1 large zoom lens, tripod, plus a 12" MacBook, 10" tablet or iPad (air). Its two-strap design and both rear and top-access camera compartment lets you reach your gear however you like. Densely padded dividers (not the flimsy stuff those cheaper bags use) can be configured to fit your gear of choice. Your iPad conquered a home of its own. A great place to quickly set down your camera while shooting, the bag's top access lets you load a camera with a long tele. It can even serve as the ideal place to store headphones. A variety of pockets with concealed interior slots are designed to let you safely store accessories and flash cards. Ergonomically designed shoulder straps offer sweet levels of comfort. Even for the most creative of body types. Removable rain poncho included - complete with reflective graphics - designed to protect the bag during heavier downpours and low light situations. Go ahead, schedule your next trip for monsoon season. Carrying a tripod is easy. Simply slip one leg into the bottom pouch and close the buckle. Shoulder straps include a convenient pocket for smartphone or small accessories. Lets you send that Snapchat quicker than ever.

Stunning compact camera bag!
I get to use a lot of camera bags and sincerely I cannot fault Booq bags for their quality and design, and this compact slimpack is absolutely stunning.I still use my Kata bags for when I am carrying a lot of kit, but for its size, you can really pack of lot of gear into the bag.Note the bag measures roughly 40cm in height, 26cm wide and 18cm deepTo try and give a digestible summary of the key things I love about this compact camera bag:+Size – it’s not too bulky at all but big enough to fit all my essentials for a day’s general shooting when not using all my lenses+Quality – is astonishingly good, it really really is. Durable and lots of padding in all the right places, by far one of the best of all the bags I own including those that cost twice as much+Sturdy and padded handles / straps – the best padding, really helps with no straps digging into shoulders or hands+Fully customisable interior – a fairly standard feature of most camera bags but great nonetheless (I have uploaded some images of the interior as it comes)+Lots of accessible pockets – all over the bag, it’s so well designed with practical photography in mind, and each pocket has further pockets within+Durable rain repellent material – withstands a brief shower very well as well as dust and scuffs+Rain cover included – a small but very important thing for me as I am often caught in the rain and left worrying about my kit if I don’t have a rain cover+Tripod carry pocket and strap – easily attach your tripod to the outside of your bag+Waist straps – great for taking the strain of the weight when this bag is full it can be very heavy indeed, there is a small waist strap on the bag already as well as a larger one you can easily attach if more support is needed. If the size of this bag meets your requirements I sincerely don’t think you can get a better bag in terms of looks and quality. One thing to note is that to access the main compartment of the bag you do have to take the bag off your back completely and ideally lay it out flat. Having owned a similar Booq bag to this one I soon got used to this but do recall going from a Lowepro (where you can swing the bag round and access it from the side), this was a bit of an adjustment. But I now prefer my Booq because it offers superior protection for my kit and looks better (in my opinion).I have uploaded some photos with my general everyday kit in the bag. There is a pouch for a notebook / tablet but I tend to opt for my larger bags if taking my laptop out.Sincerely this is my absolute go to bag for a day’s shoot or for travel photography. If you do need to take all of your kit out you would definitely need something bigger (assuming you have a large selection of lenses). But it’s not often that I do this, so I know this bag is going to get a lot more use.I can’t think of a single improvement to this bag so truly am over the moon with it. There are few products that you own that bring a smile to your face because they’re so good… but I am really happy to report this is one of them. Absolutely fantastic.I was kindly provided a sample by the publisher to review; the opinions expressed here are entirely my own view of this camera bag.
