I've been using it for more than 3 weeks now. It does work but the efficacy seems low. I can feel the tingling sensation after taking it, which is a indication that its working. But the recovery after the workout isn't good enough. Suitable for beginners. Intermediates and Pros won't like it.

This is an intra cellular buffer, which keeps the lactate buildup in your cells at check, delaying fatigue in the muscles!So far I am using it daily for a month now! 1/2 spoon twice daily!! In the early days had the tickling sensation for 10-15mins after the intake but maybe after two weeks or so it is gone!Beta alanine loading is a slow process and hence you can't certainly tell if it's beta alanine or your training that's increasing your endurance!! haha!There's no taste (sort of) or smell, it dissolves in water keeping no residue so I guess there is no additive and it's in pure form!
