New favourite tool
Despite the fact I cook a lot I keep a minimal kitchen due to space and I like a tool that isn't a one trick pony.This thing is great, makes short work of Lemon zest, creates an almost puree of fresh ginger and garlic. Good fine result from semi dried whole ginger root.Build quality seems solid and its easy to clean.

Took a gamble, and it paid off
Well-built. I have bought several microplanes over the years and the handles fell apart. This is about half the price of the name brand, but seems really sturdy. Glad I bought it.

Excellent product!
Amazing - I’ve finally found a product that makes grating and zesting effortless! Extremely impressed with the quality and sharpness. So far used to grate Parmesan, garlic, ginger and zest lemons and can’t fault it, plus at a great price too.
