This is an honest review from someone who suffers from migraines and extreme shoulder tension. I am so extremely happy and I think my husband is too that I don't need to have my shoulders constantly massage by him. I love that there are different settings and heat. Recommend to anyone who suffers from neck and shoulder tension.

OMG this one actually works! I have a small neck and most of these massagers pinch the sides of my neck and bruise me.This unit has great heat and pinches gently for a truly relaxing massage!. It actually mimics human touch very well, I almost fell asleep before the first 10 minute massage ended. Great product if you have a neck between 14”-15”.

Pretty good massager, but if you have a decent sized neck, it is going to be difficult to use. I have a 16-1/2” - 17.0” neck, and because of the difficulty getting it on, I don’t use it much.

In short, I would buy this again. this is designed to provide you the mobility with compact size while you are doing massage and there are multiple modes/functionality with heat on/off to select based on your appetite.For the battery life, not sure how long it will last but it is very strong and more than enough to make you feel better.I use this almost everyday that means, very comfortable, and affordable.Must Buy item!

Bought this for a Christmas gift and it worked fine. But here it is 4 months later and it doesn’t work at all. And of course it’s too late for a return.

I ordered this brand although there were cheaper options I wanted something that would really help me and I do believe that you get what you pay for. I received it as soon as I opened it it had a full charge. The pressure is great, it is stronger than a lot of masseuses I have gone to. if you lean back into the massager, it will actually apply pressure until you lean back out of it which is great if you are trying to get rid of a knot and you want to hold pressure. I have a knot above my shoulder blade, and down on the side of it by my spinal cord. This does aim for the neck but if you were laying up against a headboard, you can move it down your back and it feels great. It has given me so much relief and way more pressure than a deep tissue massage. I usually pay $120 to get a massage but I’m so grateful I spent $140 on this and I can use it whenever I want without ever paying that amount again. Definitely buy it!!

It didn't provide enough pressure

i bought for my daughter she really did not like it she stated the neck part was very hard and it hurt her neck even tho more.
