Cuts clean

Great knives for the price. Best not to let them sit but wash and dry not long after use as it states in the instructions. I like the straight edge on these knives better than others with a serrated edge.

Good for the price just smaller than expected.

The quality is good for the price. The gift box is nice and they were sharp enough to use right away. My only complaint is that the pictures are deceiving showing the blades larger than the actually are. Also the gift box clearly shows "Thoughtfully Petite Size and Weight" and the blades are only 1.5 inches wide. This was not disclosed in the description so I knocked off a Star.

Comfortable to hold, quality knife.

This knife is exactly what I wanted. Sometimes I'm hesitant to purchase online without being able to feel the weight of an item in my hand or to examine the quality of the product. This knife met my expectations. The weight feels good and the quality is excellent. Nice grip. I'm happy with my purchase.

The sharpness is excellent. Very satisfied with both knives.

Ok build quality but small

The chef's knife and santoku knife have the right length, but the actual blade height is shorter than normal. The packaging says they're "petite" but that wasn't listed in the product description.Having a much smaller blade will make chopping more difficult. The chef's knife is really more of a 8" slicer. Overall a disappointing purchase.

Better than expected!!

Nice and sharp!!!! Great buy- it’s gonna take some getting used to. Had a hard time keeping knives sharp in my house. Should have got long time ago!!!! I don’t know if it qualifies as a professional chef’s implement, but it’s plenty capable for my needs.
