Elegant & Effective design

Brilliant design and quality! Very stable & so easy to manage. Looks great. Bought this for new kitchen installation July 2013 (Amazon had great price at the time). We made tall wall units high, so I use this ladder frequently. Only critique: I like it leaning against wall, but the handle makes black marks on painted wall. So now I'll have to find deep hook to hang ladder on wall instead.

Will eventually break

I had a love affair with my Tiramisu step ladder for many years. Unfortunately the soldered chrome connections finally gave up the ghost (Kartell word play) and the bottom step came adrift this week. It's off to the dump today. Sniff.
