I was taking Metamucil every day and my stomach doctor told me to try this. It’s all natural and it seems to be working just as good.See I’m disabled and I can’t walk so I can’t get stuff moving around like it should and it seems to be helping

Thought I was going to be on the toilet for an hour and I just ended up with an awful textural experience on my tongue. They do the job though. Great for fiber intake.

This product works better than I expected. The psyllium is very filling so I stay full for a long time and I really appreciate the neutral flavor. When I mix it into my food or smoothie, it definitely thickens the liquid so just be aware of that - for example, if you add this into your coffee, your coffee will get pretty thick if you don’t drink it fast (basically saying I don’t recommend you add this to coffee).

My husband has been using Yerba Prima brand psyllium husk and similar items for years with no complaints. When we tried this item instead, he LOVED it, especially the finer texture. He also likes the taste. He is rarely enthusiastic about any health items I get for him, but he raved about this, so we're now on Subscribe & Save for the larger size. fyi The search results say that Subscribe & Save is available on the single size, but the S&S button is missing from the item's page. I reported this to Amazon, who I hope will fix the issue.
