Incredibly easy to install, you're getting exactly what is advertised. The only drawback is that it can be a bit wobbly. To fix this I used some thin styrofoam and placed it between the wall and the plate.It would be nice if they put a couple foam strips in the package to help alleviate that issue, but it's something that can be done simply enough by the buyer.

Acceptable quality, just it doesn't have any feet to provide space between the thermostat and the metal plate. This make a blank space which is not very beautiful (the original plastic one has some feet to provide this space)

Do NOT get this wall plate. Get the “Elago” identical item. Why? Because they are not identical and here’s how: this product does not look finished, looks like a cheap piece of metal that was clumsily cut into a circle shape. The surface looks unfinished. Also, arrived majorly scratched up and wasn’t packed well. The Elago wall plate (also flat circle) was professionally done, had laser engraved printing, shiny fingerprint resistant surface, no scratches. The difference in the look and finish of these 2 products is difficult to overstate. Elago is a few dollars more but it is on a different level. I returned the humble abode and gave elago a try, never should have bought this one.

It is a really easy to install but the only thing I don’t like is that the unit said mostly all the time delay wait 40-45 or 50 minutes to start

No instructions, for use, came with the unit. There were installation instructions but nothing on how to set it and use it. It does work it but I am stuck where my AC installer set it. Alexa has let me change verbally but it’s not the automatic wonderful thing it’s hyped up to be.
