I think this is one of the most important supplements I take
At my age (60+), I think this supplement is irreplaceable. I've taken it for years. I still lift weights and do physical work around the farm. I believe its helped me heal from the toll the physical strain puts on my muscles. I've also had both shoulders surgically repaired and I believe having Glutamine as part of my daily diet helped me heal as well as recover my flexibility and range of motion faster. BodyTech is the only Glutamine I've ever taken. No flavor. Easily swallowed capsule.

Love this product! No after taste and it really helps with muscle soreness! Also can't beat the price for 300 pills and they last longer!
