Works as it should. These are soft gels so you cannot break them in half. They are also larger than you may be expecting.

Don’t Bother
I was so hoping that this would work. I am caffeine sensitive so I really wanted something that would work without it. We are about to travel and I need something for my legs after walking all day. This didn’t do anything. I took it 2x daily 6 hours apart and…nothing. Very disappointed in this product. Expected more from the company that makes Diurex.
