hi, according to mine:- Model: SAP-3650-T, Imput 100-240v, 50-60Hz 0.85A, Output: 36v-5.0A P/N : AP.A1003.01 I'm probably showing my ignorance here, but I thought it was not working initially, although there was a green light showing on the amp. then I pressed the standby button, it went to red and the amp. started working, somehow I associated green for go and red for standby!?
