I tried these a couple of days before my flight to see about how long it takes for these to work. The packaging says to put the patch on a half an hour before your flight but I would say 1 hour before. They took a while for me to notice that they were working. I could not find anywhere on packaging or reviews regarding how long they work for. My flight was only 3 hours so I wasn’t too concerned about putting the patch on too soon but not sure if you are flying all day how long you have with one patch.I have to admit that these made me pretty tired but that is not unusual for me. I used to take Bonine and really could only take 1/4 of a tablet or I could not keep my eyes open. I would say Bonine would almost make me groggy but patch pretty much made me so relaxed.Some reviews stated that their patch did not stay on or that there was residue of glue left on their arm. I did not have an issue with either of those concerns. I put it on the inside of my forearm and had long sleeves on. Stuck great with no residue when I took it off.Definitely using a Calm patch on my flight home.

I almost never leave reviews for any of the products I purchase on Amazon but I really wanted to leave one for this product. It's been a few years now that I get nervous traveling by air. I am not sure why because I have traveled a lot and I didn't get nervous at all before, but like I said, it's been a few years that I get anxious and nervous on all flights. I recently traveled and used this on both my flights and it worked wonderfully. I was still a bit nervous during turbulence but drastically less nervous than usual. I am so glad I gave this product a try! I will definitely use it again for my next travels. Try it! You won't be disappointed.

I purchased this for my trip to Europe, specifically to sleep on the plane. Well, it did not work for me. On the contrary, I was restless and up the entire flight. I felt anxious; it was awful. This product is to produce relaxation, stress free feelings, for me it was the opposite. ☹️ I fly frequently, but sleeping on the plane has always been hard; thus the purchase of this miracle patch. Big mistake.It is easy to put on and wear. But, this product is a No for me.

I am terrified to fly and recently flew for the first time in over 30 years. It did help to relax me and get on the plane. But like others mentioned they do not stick well.

My teen daughter wants to be a world traveler but is afraid of planes. She recently wore these on a trip to Thailand from the USA and she said she will never travel without these now and that they helped. She even slept on the first flight which was overnight.

Do they work? Yes. You will feel a sense of calmness even during stressful situations or overwhelming situations. However the adhesiveness is really disappointing. No matter where you place it, it starts to peel off on its own within 2 hours. I placed it on my chest and bent down to fix some stuff in my pool, it started lifting. I placed it on my inner wrist, while I was driving, it starts lifting. That's disappointing. If you want to wrap it or add a bandage on top to keep it from lifting you can but this is disappointing.

This is amazing!! I am a really nervous flyer and bought these for a 13hr flight to Japan and let me tell you it worked! I was the calmest I have ever been on a flight and actually enjoyed it! I would definitely recommend.
