I'm worried about my purchase
Bought a new plant and got a used, dented item with some of the internal items broken as well (see photos).I tried calling customer service as written on the box but no answer, just recording.Nevertheless, I tested the machine, the stick welding seem good to go. However, I cant get the MIG to work.The user manual is vague, it needs work.I'm hoping to get help soon.

UPDATE The second time I TRIED to use this unit it FAILED.
I received the unit as advertised. The front most side latch was not installed or in the box, the latch towards the back broke on the third or fourth opening. With that being said, on to the good stuff. After setting up the correct drive wheel, the correct tip and the MIG torch. It hit a home run and did great. I changed settings and the machine followed the changes that I SET UP. Intentional high stick out low stick out, high feed low feed. It reacted to the controls LIKE A BOSS. I have not ran any stick yet will try this weekend and update. UPDATE FAIL FAIL FAILThe overheat indicator came on when I plugged the system in for the second time. It will NOT WORK I will be returning this unit for another system. I can't locate tech support so off it goes. FAIL FAIL FAIL
