Has anyone made sweet potato fries or cod?

We have not made sweet potato fries but we have name the frozen fries several times and they are quite good. They're not McDonald fries but certainly acceptable. The fish that we've made in ours is crab cakes, fish sticks, and stuffed crab and they turn out really good, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Hope this helps.

Hi Suz! I have done both chicken and fish freshly breaded and they have turned out really well. They turn out crispy and not overdone. I will say, they definitely taste different than a fried dish but still very good. In fact I prefer them over baking it. :)

the frying basket is 8" in diameter and about 3" deep. to put something inside the basket it would need to be about 71/2". Hope that helps
