Too many cards, too much information in a condensed box. I thought I could use in my work as a therapist but too complicated to access. I would suggest less information or larger cards.

Not exactly what I was looking for. More description ahead of time would help.

This is a popular author that I love, Judith Orloff, and she has probably been on Oprah Shows. I love the cards because they are heavy duty and I can pull one out a day to help heal my old emotional wounds.

I've had these cards for almost two months now and use them regularly. If you have read Dr. Orloff's books and want an easy and immediate way to reference her suggestions, this is it. Her knowledge is invaluable to me and I love having the condensed version of some of her key points readily available. I pull them out to help my son as well. They are great and I highly recommend!

This is a guide to a better life by working in our negative emotions and turning them into positive ones by recognizing them, working in them and gradually taking the negativity out or our lives for good. The cards are simple, very well designed and easy to understand. A quick fix for every day problems.

These are a great gift for loved ones as they are not as overwhelming as a book may be; I also love keeping a deck in the car for when I need a quick tip on the go!
