Can this be used indoors?

Yes, it can be used indoors as long as there is somewhere for the turf bomb to drain and it is properly diluted according to the instructions on the back of the bottle.

Does this remove fungus and mold?

This will not remove fungus or mold however it can help prevent mold from growing.
