Actually, it's silly to try and eat this in it's loose form. 350 mg per day is the rec'd dosage (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnesium_citrate), so I put it in a 00 capsule which is around 350 mg. Remember to drink with 8 oz. of water per the instructions. Also take with a teaspoon of saturated fat like coconut oil to help you absorb the magnesium into your system. I am pleased with this magnesium powder and it goes a long way when measured into 00 capsules.

While the service/packaging/shipment time was superb, I cannot say the same about the quality of this product, especially when you compare it to another vendors like NOW Foods. For the lack of better comparison, drinking this products feels like eating sand, as it doesn't mix well with water and has tons of residue left, nor it has any taste. I've tried NOW Foods version before and will be going back to them, as theirs is easily solvable and absorbs well and I can actually feel the difference within few days of starting to take it.
