Maionese senza uova approvata
Buona senza essere esaltante: non aspettatevi la migliore maionese classica, ma aspettatevi un surrogato decente per le vostre patatine: forse è meglio utilizzarla per una insalata russa. Al palato sento appena troppo il limone, comunque incredibile come si simuli il sapore delle uova con ingredienti naturali. 4 stelle comunque per la qualità degli ingredienti e perché il barattolo è bello grosso e pieno di prodotto. La consiglio a chi vuole evitare o ridurre ingredienti di origine animale, che a volte sono superflui: finché è possibile, senza tralasciare obiettività nel giudizio.
