The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Inalsa Stand Mixer in December 2024, and within just 6 months of very minimal usage, the outer body developed a crack. I used it only a few times, mainly for beating eggs, and have always handled it carefully.When I contacted customer care, they said the plastic body is not covered under warranty, which was very disappointing. Even though the product is still under warranty, they refused to repair or replace the cracked body unless I pay for it.On top of that, I noticed that the dough hook was missing from the box, which I realized only after I started using that function. They refused to provide that too since I didn't report it within 7 days.Also, the mixer started making unusual noise while running — even with light tasks like egg beating.Overall, I expected better build quality and support from a trusted brand like Inalsa. This was disappointing, and I would advise others to check all parts on delivery and be cautious about warranty coverage.
